Chi Soul Cuisine is transforming how communities eat, learn, and thrive. Since our founding, we have:
• Fed over 250 unhoused Chicagoans during the height of COVID-19, ensuring access to warm, nourishing meals when they were needed most.
• Partnered with more than 10 organizations to deliver free nutrition education to over 100 Southside residents, equipping families with the skills to cook healthier meals at home.
• Taught 200+ corporate employees hands-on cooking techniques and recipes that improve workplace wellness and inclusivity across dietary needs.
• Expanded healthy meal access through meal prep services and catering that meet cultural and dietary needs, from plant-based to pescatarian.
• Built pathways for sustainability by collaborating with schools, nonprofits, and CILAs to design long-term food empowerment programs.
